Weekend Maintenance Technician

3-Day Work Week – Work 36 Hours, Get Paid for 40! Our growing manufacturing facility is seeking a skilled, hands-on Weekend Maintenance Technician to support production operations and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently during shift. This role requires a self-motivated technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment independently, as management presence may be limited on weekends. Schedule Options (3 x 12-Hour Shifts)

• Day Shift: Friday – Sunday | 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Night Shift: Friday – Sunday | 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM

  Salary Hourly pay range: $28-$32 Weekend Differential: Day Shift $3.00, Night Shift $4.00 Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on rotational molding machines and processing equipment.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.

• Monitor equipment performance to prevent unplanned downtime.

• Collaborate with production to improve operational efficiency.

• Maintain maintenance logs and parts inventory records.

• Stay current with the latest maintenance techniques and industry standards.

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment and ensuring a clean work environment.

• Provide hands-on operational support when needed, including forklift operation, material handling, mixing, and assisting with production duties during call-offs or PTO coverage.

Required Skills & Experience

• MIG/TIG/Oxy-acetylene welding experience

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience

• PLC experience (GE preferred)

• Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge

• 480v, three-phase electrical experience

• Fabrication, metal fitting, and tool repair experience

• Minimum 2 years maintenance experience in manufacturing

• Technical or vocational training preferred

Physical Requirements

• Regular lifting up to 50 lbs

• Standing, walking, bending, and full range of motion

• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and loud environments
