3-Day Work Week – Work 36 Hours, Get Paid for 40!

Schedule Options (3 x 12-Hour Shifts)

• Day Shift: Friday – Sunday | 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Night Shift: Friday – Sunday | 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Salary

Hourly pay range: $20 - $22 Weekend Differential: Day Shift $3.00, Night Shift $4.00

Machine Operator Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor large rotational molding machines

• Fill and lift multiple 25lb. buckets of resin into molds

• Work with power and hand tools, hoists, and other heavy equipment to manipulate molds and parts

• Follow strict safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times

• Stand for extended periods; perform frequent lifting (50lbs), repetitive motions, climbing, and operate heavy machinery

Finisher Responsibilities

• Inspect parts and identify common defects such as blow holes, porosity, and warping

• Trim excess flashing from molded parts

• Drill holes as required

• Flame sharp edges or excess flashing using a handheld propane torch

• Apply decals, stenciling, or mogs per work orders

• Clean, wrap, or skid finished product according to specifications
