Operator Responsbilities:

• Setup, operate and monitor large rotational molding machines.
• Requires filling and lifting multiple 25lb buckets of resin into molds.
• Work with power and hand tools, hoists, and other heavy equipment to manipulate molds and parts.
• Follow strict safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Standing for extended periods, frequent lifting (25+ lbs), repetitive motions, climbing, and operating heavy machinery.

Finisher Responsbilities: 

• Inspect parts and recognize common defects (blow holes, porosity and warping).
• Trimming excess flashing off of molded parts.
• Drill holes where required on molded parts.
• Flame any sharp edges or excess flashing using hand held propane torch.
• Apply decals, stenciling and/or mogs as stated in the work orders.
• Clean and wipe product using proper solution.
• Wrap or skid product according to size and customer specs.

Salary is $19.00 to $23.00 hour. + $1.00 shift differential

Shift: Monday night through Thursday night: 8:30pm to 6:30am
