Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure adherence to Quality System and proper documentation of procedures.
• Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality standards.
• Collect and analyze data, updating the team on quality standards and compliance.
• Identify and contain issues that do not meet quality standards.
• Address and resolve quality-related issues at the production facility as needed.
• Educate and train plant personnel on safety and quality best practices.
• Verify that procedures are being followed and quality standards are maintained.
• Mentor new employees, supporting their development in safe and efficient job performance.
• Apply problem-solving skills to address and resolve arising issues efficiently.
• Audit processes to ensure the quality system is under control.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a quality role.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards.
• Experience in quality control and production processes.
• Effective communication and mentorship skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
